Hi

We have discovered a leak in the main waste pipe which is in the corner behind all of the kitchen units, causing drain flies. The toilet is directly above the kitchen. When flushing we can see water trickling out from a crack, also when the washing machine is draining.

We were wondering if this is if fixable or is it going to require the pipe work to be replaced? The house was built in the 50s so I’d imagine the pipe is very old.
