Had a minor collision recently and curious what people think liability-wise.

I was driving on a main road in the middle lane and was moving into the left lane approaching a junction/yellow box area. At the same time, another driver pulled out from the junction into the left lane and we collided.

There’s CCTV and it shows I was already moving into the left lane before she emerged, but her family are arguing I changed lanes suddenly and didn’t indicate, so they think it’s shared fault.

Damage is minor on both cars. Interested what people think insurers would likely do in this situation.

Apologies for the bad quality and slow motion this was sent by the other party to prove we share liability.
