Essentially looking for some good examples of what to ask business users for besides source data and a dashboard mockup. Eg. Metric definitions, drill through logic etc.

I have my requirements, metrics, and data ready, but I need help with the information architecture—specifically, figuring out exactly what pages I need and the best way to lay them out.
Coming from a background in static slide creation, translating a high number of dimensions into a dynamic dashboard layout is a challenge. Standard AI often suggests basic, isolated charts. I need an AI setup - or "best practice" BI design frameworks I can feed into it, which understands native Power BI capabilities - eg. know when to suggest field parameters, drill-downs, or metric toggles to create a clean, modern user experience.
If you've built a solid workflow for this or have resources I can use as AI context, I’d love to hear about it.
