Does anyone think miles traveled impacts a team's record?

Hi all, my site has seen just over one million urls being crawled (all not indexed) with a gl= tag. A few months ago, we added Google Ads conversion tracking tag. Wondering if this is the culprit?

Also, I'd prefer Google not waste it's time crawling these urls, as i already have an uphill battle leeping most of my nearly 3 million urls crawled and indexed.
