So, I successfully disassembled an 8BitDo Ultimate Mobile Gaming Controller. I definitely made a few mistakes along the way, but I managed to fix everything in the end.

I noticed there are currently no videos or guides showing how to properly take this controller apart, so I had to figure things out myself.

During my first disassembly, I accidentally damaged the charging flex cable and the flex cable connecting the left and right boards. Thankfully, I was able to order replacement flex cables online and repair the controller successfully.

Now I know exactly what to avoid when opening it up, so if anyone needs help disassembling one, feel free to ask.
