Crazy idea for LMDF in Requiem

What if five requiem shots to victors head with damage numbers actually made him drop the RPG on Lvl 5 difficulty, instead of him tanking them all and still 1HKO'ing you

Thought I'd try to beat Difficulty Five while I was free this morning, between xbox doing a forced update on my best run, Blister Borne reanimating the parry corpse as blister died which took so long that I only had 59s to fight victor (and I was actually shredding him), and then a run deciding I needed SEVEN PISTOLS, this morning has not been fun.

1-3 was a relative breeze, 4 took a few hours to beat, and 5 is making difficulty 4 look actually manageable. So many things happening that are outright b.s.

Umbrella saying no sources but telling me there's several dozen sources

Honestly why is umbrella so loved it's so much worse than fenlight and I hate having switched. Completely open via RD, Magneto and Coco both causing this, and I'm being told there are like 39 sources but won't play any of them for a show that shouldn't even have issues with playing

Also annoying bc Fenlight would play certain shows literally two days ago no issue, switched to umbrella because I was tired of the double-skipping every five seconds on menus and now half the shows I was watching don't work. 3/10 how tf do I fix this

Popup is crying on reddit so uh

Building F3 Hard Case, How would I label things? Outdoor, waterproof, long lasting ways to label my gear box?

Title basically, I'm building a custom hard case with slots for my F3, F1-LP, stereo mic pair, sd cards, and two mobile power banks + accessories like XLR cables and such. I want to add a check list inside above the case foam and a label of some kind on the outside that won't get ruined by being outdoors. I just can't think of what would work, maybe it's the fact it's 2am but everything I think of would wash away or fade pretty quick (like I thought just custom stickers even but they're not UV proof forever)

I want this because I love hiking and my fiance is getting into recording and will likely be using my setup a bit, I want to make sure it's labeled in case of theft (throwing a GPS tag in it fwiw) and so my fiance can make sure everything is there bc he's kind of an airhead, like forgetting things as soon as he leaves the room diagnosed ADHD type (tbh, same)

I might be overthinking even needing this stuff but I'm worried we'll leave to go to some hike three hours away and I'll realize my gear is missing upon setup or he'll forget the checklist and lose some small but important part like the SD cards case or lav mic or something.

Keeping him away is a no-go too, he helps a lot and I want him to get into recording, I want him to be involved in our (wow I can't even say House Room of Recording here at all) so I don't want to discourage him?

I currently have an SM7b, UA SD-1, two Lav mics that I don't remember the brand (it was like, $200-ish each and I read a lot of reviews ages ago but IDR) and then we have some other mics for instruments and vocals unrelated to this (I mean who hasn't bought an unresearched mic because it said p420 on it?)

However, I bought an F3 for OTG recording and I want to get a decent mic for recording wildlife or waterfalls, general nature sounds with it. I would ALSO like the mic to be able to be thrown up on a stand and pick up two people on a couch facing the same direction as another backup and for editing purposes, if possible.

I don't have a budget besides "don't be over $1,500 unless it's really worth it" as this is mostly just a b.s. thing with nature sounds being for folly or music and the room recording being for backup of a backup.

The room IS treated, some bass traps, broadbands, and clouds but with a decent amount of room still. I prefer dry and just using a modern reverb plugin though if possible and for the wildlife recording it'll be sometimes in caves, sometimes wet, sometimes hot, I want to mic some local waterfalls which I have to hike to as well.

I tried the mic recommender but clearly this is a weird niche case. I could go for two separate mics for each role but I cannot convince my fiance of TWO microphones shortly after we just bought other audio gear lmao. It doesn't need to be professional level just can take a beating and won't be noisey. I'd prefer as low a noise floor as possible and as flat as possible but I get that sucks for my "don't break and be cheap" wants. I'd sacrifice EQ Curve, then Durability, then Noise level in that order lol
