Just returned from Maui on an Alaska flight. I fly Alaska all the time to various destinations. I haven’t flown Hawaiian in years. My uncle only flies Hawaiian and told us this was the worst plane he had ever been on (same flight Maui to Sea). So asking this community: is there really a significant difference? (Yes I know Alaska runs both)

Suggestions please:

We spent the last week at a condo rental that is part of a complex (rented through 3rd party). At no time did we have any service throughout the week. Midway through the week we took our bath towels to the desk to swap them out. There is an envelope to leave a tip for the cleaners. Thoughts?
