Vegans activism would be way more effective if it focused on reassuring me that I do nothing wrong and don't need to change my lifestyle in any way
What you vegans don't get is being preachy drives people away from your cause. I bet so many people would go vegan if you spent some time explaining to them that there is absolutely nothing wrong with their decision to eat animals and you fully accept that veganism is impossible for anyone who isn't a white millionaire. Not me obviously there are indigenous people thousands of miles away from me who have to eat meat after all, but some people definitely might.
