Farming for the NTE prison outfit?
today, it seems the prison has items in every(?) possible spot so I collected each one. NOT including items used for escape.
based on what I've observed what collectible shows up is rng.
didn't really specify the cells bc. all u need to do is check every cell.
tables in the lunchroom seem quite rare
tables in common area might vary
