Bought this house and want to update it to look more modern and less dated while ideally keeping the bricks (although if we don’t find a good option we’d also be open to rendering the exterior). We’re also open to staining / painting the bricks but would probably prefer just changing the colour of all the window and roof trims but aren’t sure about which colour would work well with the type of the brick.

We’re going to completely change the landscaping in the front and back (see AI mock up of what we vaguely have planned for the front) which will probs help with it looking more modern already but are wondering if more can be done.

Appreciate any ideas / suggestions. Based in Australia for reference.
