- Master bedroom: $1,700/mo
- Street-facing bedroom: $1,600/mo (me)

Building Amenities
The building only has 7 units, which makes a huge difference. We have in-building laundry, a small gym (free weights, treadmill, bike, and a ping pong table), and rooftop access. In a full year of living here, I have never once waited for a machine, never shared the gym with anyone, and have always had the roof to myself.
One heads-up on furniture: most of what's currently in the apartment belongs to my outgoing roommate (besides the white couch), so the common spaces will be fairly bare. Depending on what people bring, we'll figure it out together.

About Me
I’m originally from the midwest, but I went to grad school in the city and have lived in NYC ever since. I work in HR for a company based in DT Brooklyn mainly 9-5 and am hybrid, but work mostly from home depending on the time of year, so I'm around a fair amount. I'm a runner (ran the NYC Marathon this past year, currently doing 9+1 to run it again next year), play volleyball around the city pretty regularly, and cook most of my meals at home. Big Chicago sports fan and college basketball guy, and love going to baseball games when I can. I rarely have people over but have no problem with guests as long as everyone's respectful of shared spaces.
I keep the common areas clean and tidy and am looking for roommates who do the same. Don't smoke, drink casually.
