Bought these from tops last week and just opened them. I’m brand new to this and really don’t know what I’m looking at but doing research as I go. Do I have anything here worth value? Is there anything here someone wants to buy?

The beach is a 6-minute drive and free yoga is offered twice daily on the bluff overlooking the ocean ☺
Our community offers an outdoor sitting area equipped with BBQ's, fireplace, water fountain, and twinkle lights under the palm trees for relaxing after a long day. Your furnished room includes your own A/C and heating unit (no thermostat wars ☺), private bathroom with shower, closet, new memory foam queen bed, dresser/mirror, nightstand, desk and chair, Spectrum 1Gig internet, 55" HDTV, and cable. Also included is our in-home washer and dryer available to you...no need to save your quarters!
Rent listed includes ALL utilities, full house privileges, fully stocked kitchen (cooking utensils, pots and pans), appliances, etc...
We're a non-smoking, hardworking couple with grown kids that don't live at home anymore and have no pets. We're easy going, respectful, and fun loving. We both enjoy people, travel, cooking, motorcycle riding, golf, nutrition, fitness, reading, Netflix/Hulu/Prime, and wine tasting. We believe in mutual respect and kindness. We offer a warm, inviting, and drama free atmosphere with full house privileges, while respecting one another's privacy.
We're looking for a responsible, positive roommate with no drama that is looking for a great place to live for short or long term.
A few “deal breakers” would be anyone who can’t agree to the following:
· NO Pets
· NO Smoking/Vaping/Etc.
· NO Drugs
· NO Subleasing
· NO Overnight guests (without prior discussion)
· NO Guests in the home if you’re not here
· NO Sharing of Entry Codes to the community or our home
· NO Parking inside the gates
· NO Artificial Scents (Person w/allergies) to include:
o Perfume/Cologne
o Air Fresheners
o Plug in Oil Fragrance
o Incense
o Heavily scented shampoos, lotions, laundry detergent, etc..
o ANY candles
· NO violation of the CC&R’s or Rules and Regulations. (We’re in an HOA)
We also highly recommend renters insurance if you don’t already have it as our homeowner’s policy doesn’t cover loss/damage for guests.
We've previously hosted professionals in need of transitional living and people that live elsewhere but work nearby that didn't want the hassle of a daily commute. Some of our previous roommates included 2 traveling nurses, a doctor, a psychologist, 3 pilots, a flight attendant, a flight instructor, an aerospace engineer, real estate professional, and a couple of students who were serious about their studies and internships. Many of our roommates have become good friends and we continue our friendships via Facebook, text, and traveling to see each other.
