My story ...I upped the dose of Reta too quickly and it brought on several panic attacks in the last week...my last 2mg dose was on the 28th of April...3 days later I had an all nighter Panic attack..since then I've had a couple light one..which i feel is because of the half life... Yes and it was my fault for moving up stupidly quick....within 10days from .5 to 2mg....

Okay my question is....and its because I'm thinking of going to Tirz since I stopped Reta... What are your experiences with anxiety...panic attacks etc.., good or bad I really feel its the 3rd ingredient that speeds up your metabolic rate that is the culprit ......

So any experiences like this with Tirz???

Pretty simple but it calms...and if you up the dose..its great for sleep... My Panic attack lingered for 24 hours...at night I walked myself till I almost collapsed... finally i sat down outside on a chair on our deck....and fell asleep from exhaustion, My wife quit hearing my foot steps on the deck and came and found me slumped over the chair.... The next day she brought out the Valerian that she had from her country and it was a life saver.... I thought I was over it and I drank a strong coffee this morning felt it sneaking up on me so I put 3-4 drops in water and drank it...calm me down within an hour...... People try it...

Okay, I haven't had one in years and they only came with job related stress, but I had one on April 23rd I blamed it on the Magnesium/Zinc I took to sleep.....Than I had a bad one last night the 30th...

Starting the Pinning sequence:

I started on the 17th of April with .5 Reta

I didn't feel anything and pinned again on the 19th 1mg

Pinned again 4/22 2mg

Panic/Anxiety attack 4/23 mild one

4/26 pinned 2mg

4/30 major Panic/Anxiety attack (did come down with a head cold)

Yep got excited....wanting to hit my idea of the perfect dose of 4mg A case of to fast to soon

My problem...if this keep happening I will have to quit it totally and I just dont want that So I'm going to reduce back to .5 and stay there until the food noise is too much and then move up to 1mg...

I'm willing to fight some food noise with a little help...

Anyone else run into this problem???
