how to stop addiction to mania

okay so my laptop stopped working recently. and I have a massive addiction to mania. i have to wait until thursday and it just wont be enough i can already feel myself losing my mind. my mania addiction is so bad its i put restrictions to like a hour a day maximum 😭😭😭.... THIS ISNT A JOKE ALTHOUGH I AM LAUGHING WHILST TYPING THIS OUT ...
