does anyone know if it'll have steam pre load?

Hello everyone,

I only discovered this subreddit today but am glad to see a supportive community for those with Crohns, I was diagnosed in June 2024 after a flare up of symptoms, they did a colonoscopy and took biopsys and diagnosed me with Crohns all in the same day, and I didnt hear anything again. I have a very limited understanding of Crohns and am lucky to say that I haven't had any flare up since but that's where my question comes from, is it possible my symptoms were something else like a fissure, and I was misdiagnosed? Another reason for these thoughts is that I wasn't prescribed any medication which I understand is unusual for Crohns?

I apologise if this is stupid or silly question but it was something I was curious about and was hoping to get some advice on, thank you all.
