I am looking into getting a espresso machine for home on which i can make a flat white or cappuccino for the occasional guest.
I drank an espresso from an WMF machine this morning and since i go out every morning to drink 2 or 3 espresso's i thought to myself why not upgrade my home with a machine.
I am aware that I am going to need a grinder and since I do not want to ask chat gpt for its opinion I came here, because you guys have experience.
I have made probably more than thousand espressos, working at regular cafe's and michelin star restaurants. I am saying this because I would wish myself a good machine which could come close to a good cafe or restaurant espresso.
But i only have a budget up to 250 euros and do not really wanna go above that atm, an colleague told me to look into "De'Longhi Dedica EC685" but im reading mixed reviews and thought ill ask here first.
