Question if I fast and do strength training like squats or running, and I don’t eat. What will happen to the muscle? I know it’s recommended to eat protein but if I truly fast, will the body just use fat? Are there consequences or benefits to this? Will I just recover slower? Taking electrolytes in water

I am so god damn tired of fighting this day in and day out. So here’s the issue my Qled and oled monitors are beautiful but they keep turning off every minute if I don’t move my mouse or if I’m inactive. I already turned off screen saver and power settings to never turn off. So why does the monitor keep turning off? Also if I’m gaming after 4 hours it wants to do a Godamn pixel clean Idgaf about the reason for this and burning issue please don’t comment in regards to why it’s essential. Also If you do not have an answer please don’t comment. If there a monitor you can recommend for 8hours of gaming that uses TRUE 4 k +settings? The ultra wides screens are not 4k and lack the detail I am looking for also not looking to argue about this please no ultra wide recommendations. My old simple 4 k monitors NEVER turned off and would operate non stop up to 36 hours. Though of course not as gorgeous as these qled/oled pc monitors. Thank you in advance

▲ 4 r/pools

Hello all I have a large pool 20’x 40’ about 9’d at the deep end and my heater 400,000 btu doesn’t heat the pool fast enough even after 8 hours of running it’s still cold. It’s gas. Are there any tricks or additional things I can do to heat it up faster? I’m in SoCal so it’s not like I live anywhere cold. Was thinking sharks with freaking laser beams to heat it up faster but I don’t think I can afford laser beams at this point. I hear solar blanket might help? I do have some shade from the trees but cutting them down is not an option. Even running 2 heaters simultaneously I don’t think will work. Money is not a concern. Yeah yeah cold plunges are healthy and all but it’s not my thing. Thanks all!
