I've noticed that I have picked a particular answer to deal with concerns over playing time:

So you have a player whose time is 'regular starter' for example, but maybe you upgraded on them so they are the second option in that position now. Eventually they are going to come to you concerned over their playing time, maybe asking to leave, get a loan or just telling you they think they should start more games.

I've noticed that if you just tell them that 'they should expect to be more of a squad player from now on', it near enough appeases them every time and the discussion ends. It's quite funny as that seems like one of the ruder answers.

Just thought I'd share/see if anyone has experienced the same thing in FM26.
