Used Vs New computer

Hello I am looking to get a desktop as I've not had one for a few years. I usually built my own in the past but I just want something quick and prebuilt this time. Someone has a Desktop, 34 curved monitor, and a sound bar that that they are selling. He says there's only about 500 hours on the computer and that he just rather console gaming. Now there's a store by me selling a IBUYPOWER prebuilt that I have been looking at. Both options would come to around the same price including the new one after tax. I am wondering what others would choose. The used one has an I9 and new one has a Ultra 7. I know the I series chip motherboards are being fazed out and being replaced by the Ultras. So the future proofing is one concern of mine. Here are the specs.

USED-

Some kind of sound bar.
