Pink Premiere wearing a new outfit from Ebay and jewelry I already had

A friend of mine just bought her new in box. She took her out to redress her and she said the doll is super wobbly at the waist. Just picking her up to move her made the doll bend over. Is this normal? Does anyone have her? She said the braid is already coming loose at the top too. She’s not happy. This is the doll redressed.
