Looking into the 2018-2020 years ideally 100k miles or less. Don't care for speed as this will solely be a commuter / road trip vehicle. Regular or hybrid for maintenance and longevity? Thanks!

Looking for a new or lightly used hybrid SUV, ideally 2 row compact or mid size. Budget around ~40k cash, but could finance a bit more if necessary. Commuting around 250 miles per week, 80% or so highway driving through Utah mountains. Snow and light service roads occasionally for hiking / biking.
Ideally something with a nice interior that's reliable outside of warranty. Used and new RAV4s seem quite expensive for their interior / noise levels, so I've been eyeing the CRV, crown signia, and rx350h. CRV quality and size look good but seeing more than a few head gasket / fuel injector issues being reported. Used crown signia and rx both look great, but ground clearance is a bit low on the crown and the rx does get pricey. Appreciate any suggestions!
