I'm a new front desk supervisor for a small hotel that holds wedding events etc.
Maestro has been hard to learn especially considering there has been zero training. It's been you just play around and figure it out without a training login or guide. Does anyone have any tips for tricks to learning this system?? The extreme kicker here is I'm supposed to be the subject matter expert and create a training guide for new employees by next spring. Also this is my first hospitality field position. Any tips are appreciated! Thanks
