I'm really having trouble getting my care team to understand the severity of my CFS. They keep trying to treat it as chronic fatigue and wanting me to do physical therapy and graded exercise therapy. I had to end a physical therapy appointment because the VA doctor was pushing me to do a stress test by walking up and down a hallway to exhaustion. I did 2 minutes and my heart rate was over 140. The doctor wanted me to push to 6 minutes. I had severe PEM following this appointment, predictively and I told the doctor before that it would cause me physical harm. I'm also getting stone walled over medication requests.

Any vets here dealing with the same or having better treatment at their clinic? I'm going to contact my state senator and I'd love to communicate issues other veterans are having to see if there can be some government intervention or action.

This is the 3rd time I've seen this in my town, the first two were at Walmart. The closest cart return is 3 spaces to the right and there is one directly behind me as well. I moved them before I went in the store so at least the next person can park.
