Hey all,

I've been following NSA pretty strongly since the beginning of the year and sporadically last year. I have a 1500 next Saturday and I can't figure out what kind of shape I'm in and I'm hoping you can give me some advice. All paces below are in minutes/mile.

Easy pace (50 minute easy days, 75 minute long run): 9:40 - 10:10

7 x 3 minute (1 minute jog recovery): ~7:20

16 x 1 minute (45 second jog recovery): 6:40 - 6:44

2 x 7 x 30 second hills on ~6% grade (70 second jog down, 2 minutes between sets): ~7:10

I feel like I should be in roughly 6 flat mile shape, so ~5:35 1500m shape. But I'm also not sure if I'm underestimating myself and leaving a lot of performance on the table
