Hello. This is my current steam download speed. The peak is higher, but this is the level it stays at relatively consistently.
I know this is slow, especially because I'm using powerline ethernet and not wifi. In fact, my wifi is generally faster. But my question is why. I don't know anything about internet and to be honest, looking it up only made me more confused.
Can I please have some help? I'll provide any info needed.
