I switched from Octopus to e.on recently in preparation for import and exporting when I finally get Solar installed, after a few days I got kicked off their drive tariff because the meter wasn't sending them any readings, did everything in my power to sort but they said they'd have to wait until the cooling off period finished in order to try and diagnose/book an engineer.

They said it can take up to 36 days to get the meter sorted and sending them readings, obviously not ideal with an EV to charge and no access to lower night rates.

Contacted Octopus and explained the situation, asking if it was anything on their end? They replied with 'let me guess, you've moved to e.on? We get these calls all the time.'

Has anyone else experienced similar issues with e.on while switching over to them from elsewhere?
