Our local coordinator has checked in exactly twice, so I would love for some experienced host families to give us some tips on making it through the rest of the exchange year.

At this point in the year we are really feeling like we are living with a true American teenager, lol. In that sense, this has been a success! On the other hand, we are feeling a little burned out and tired. Tips? Tricks? Is everyone/no one feeling this way? My local host parent/coordinator community has been less than helpful, so honestly just looking for others thoughts and comments.
