Im a veteran of this game and have been playing it for years and even spent money on it. I stopped playing it for years now because i got bored, I went back to it today just out of curiosity and seen something disgusting.
The new UI is garbage but thats normal for mobile games changing stuff that’s perfectly fine, right? But i have seen that most of the characters are locked even though i had all of them before the update.
There are 2 characters who cost money and i bought them years ago and now i see that they are locked again and i still have to pay even though i already did?? Not to mention, a free character i had who was one of my favorites is also locked for money or for doing a roulette in the game. Same roulette thing happened with the 2 paid characters i mentioned about earlier. The game heavily focuses on gambling.
Also, theres this upgrade feature in the game where you can make some characters upgrade to a cooler version with a different design. I did those upgrades for all the characters who had it available for. There are 2 specific characters whose upgrades suddenly disappeared and went back to their default designs even though i have upgraded those two characters years ago aswell, i have no idea if this is a glitch or a new feature since the rest of the characters still stayed upgraded except for those two. I have alot of characters who are labeled as VIP but i have them unlocked because i had them before when they were free all those years ago so why couldn’t the same happen for the now locked characters to me?
I am genuinely stunned and so confused. At least make them paid and gambling based for new players, NOT for veterans who played before your game went shitty.
