Sometimes I cannot tell, I tend to always blame myself by the end thinking maybe I asked too much, or interpreted it wrong. But honestly, I would just other peoples advice so I can't tell if I'm being treated wrong, this happens often between me and him. Sometimes his answers become one worded and I don't interpret it correctly and when that happens it turns into an anxious mess :(
I feel like I never used to be a person who feels anxious when I speak to him, but now I seem unstable I could be at fault for all of this I don't know. I did try asking gpt, but I just want to have some human advice.
When convos like this happen, he tends to restrict me from talking to our friend group or keep me out because I didn't react the correct way. A lot of this has taken a toll on on my mental health so I did go away for a while because of this.
