I purchased a 1.5ton godrej 2026 model ac on flipkart on 9 April 2026, after delivery jeeves installation was automatically assigned to me and installation guy came and during installation he punctured a copper pipe and gas got leaked he then said it is his mistake and he will fill new gas with his own expense and you don't have to worry so i was okay and let him do his thing after everything was done he showed me ac cooling at that time i said it is little bit low compare to my other ac and he give me assurance that nothing is wrong and use it for at least 1 day and if anything happens i am there just call me.

fast forward to 20 days ac was not cooling properly even if run continuously for 5hrs, so i complained to Godrej whats app chat bot and even after 7 days no one came so i call them and finally a new technician came. he checked everything and said to me that the installation guy has not filled gas he has topped up air only that's why it is not giving complete chill air. so i said to guy it is in warranty and godrej gives free gas refilling so please refill it, he said okay and said i will come tomorrow. i insisted to do it immediately but he refused.

after he left i got a call from new technician manager it was group call and both of them had joined, he said you have installed with jeeves and for first 3 months they will took guarantee and we will do nothing

I said i did not choose jeeves it was automatically assigned to me what can i do in this but godrej straight out refused that we will do anything in this

so i found jeeves complaint no. and half of them were not working and finally 1 no. worked and after contacting them they are saying contact Godrej we cant do anything and they also straight out refused to do anything (and now even that no. of jeeves is not working)

no i am helpless 40k with installation drained and no one is helping me. only option i am left with is to spent my own money

please don't advice to complaint on online consumer court they do literally nothing i have very bad couple of experiences with them. you can give them any proof which is clear as day, but the other party will literally say anything and they will straight out close the case immediately. they will not even look what i have presented as proof, (for ex 1 time i had complaint regarding washing machine and the other party said we do not sold this product and they believed him he had presented no proof nothing just a message and case was close so they do not bother to check the bills i have presented nothing.
