So I uploaded pdf files of bank statements o 13 April and left a journal message too just to confirm id uploaded everything.
Then over a fortnight later i get a request again for bank statements saying they didn’t get them all and I have till 2nd may deadline
Why wait so long to request them again? It leaves me going against the clock.

I uploaded everything again today but by photo screenshot files and left a message to confirm I uploaded them

Is there an address to send in physical copies too ? So that all bases are covered if this is some kind of technical issue.
The requests were both from (delivery team 4) Is this an Ai bot and that’s why it has taken over 2 weeks to say they needed them again?

I just need an address to mail everything next day special delivery so that I can show I have provided pdf, photo format and paper physical documents just incase there is any more problems

So today I uploaded all the bank statements again but by photo screenshot format this time.
Why wait over a fortnight to say that they didn’t receive all and give me a deadline of 3 days.
And if there was some kind of system error, surely they should have contacted me sooner and requested everything again?
Files show as received on 13th April in the journal and I also posted in the journal on that day to confirm that I had uploaded everything.

This whole wait over 2weeks to say they didn’t receive them properly and leaving me with a few days deadline seems very unprofessional.

I have left a message in the journal again today to say I uploaded again buy by photo screenshot this time and if they need paper copies as a backup for system issues, provide a postal address for me to mail by special delivery next day

Are they playing funny b@@@@rs? Is it a system issue? Why wait over 2 weeks to ask for them again and give short deadline?
