Brought truke aura bass from Amazon in January mid
It was making a crackling sound while I was putting it and the company also claims a 50hrs playback but it's only around 20-25 hrs
Its mic also doesn't work on calls but can record audio
I need to claim warranty but there's a problem,it's right hinge is breaking a bit but it's still fine
Can I do something in it?
