So, I am not a business partner in any sense. However, I know stripe is used for roblox's purchases. I've had an issue recently where I've spent money to purchase ingame currency, ​but the card used is one I do not own nor recognize (pnly a $10 dollar purchase, but I still want tk get to the bottom of this). After some back and fourth with roblox Support, they told me to contact stripe about the issue.. but everywhere I look, everything is all business related. I even tried calling their number just to get immediately hung up on. Is there something I'm missing here.

My apologies if this somehow breaks the reddit rules, I am seriously just at my wits end and want to get this issue fixed ASAP.

So, call me stupid or whatever, I bought myself 10 dollars worth of robux for roblox, and didn't realize they changed their whole way of purchasing. Instead of using my PayPal like I usually do, it used a card linked to my email account ending in numbers I do not recognize.. I spent some of it before seeing the email, and am now worried. I don't want to contact the support and risk gettinged banned, but I also have no idea whole to call.. it's not a card either of my parents recognize either, and not one of my own. I've tried looking everywhere but nothing comes up on the purnachse other than the confirmation email. Was this some sort of scam maybe, or is there something I'm just too stupid to realize
