We're redoing this detached garage, we can't change the color of the windows because they were just put in. Could paint doors. I would like to do something creative with the small area above the French doors but I don't know what that could be (the plywood will be stucco soon too btw just finished with French door install, they used to be big barn doors but we needed to add in light, I'm also getting side lites delivered today that'll go next to both sides of the doors). Also need to figure out a good layout for the yard, it's going to be a separate resident space and I'd like to include a grill and lounging area but open to other options. Tree stays, we just put it in to replace the shade from a neighbor who had a very old large tree they cut down, which was a bummer, would take another 100 yrs to get that size. Y'all are way more creative than me so I figured I'd ask here first.
