My pod are each picking one of the new Strixhaven dragons and building a deck to play against each other, with a $100 limit (not including the commander). I ended up with Silverquill.

I don’t know how feasible it is, but I need ideas to make this as strong as I can within budget, and hopefully be able to hang.
