For context: my Microsoft account was recently hacked and I’m kind of stuck right now. The attacker changed everything email, password, and even the 2FA settings so I can’t log in anymore.
When I try to recover the account, it says the account doesn’t exist (I’m guessing because the email was changed). I did receive the security emails from Microsoft about the changes and even got a 2FA notification, but I was too late to react.
I’ve already tried the recovery form multiple times, but the automated system isn’t helping at all.
Has anyone been in a similar situation or knows what else I can do to actually reach real support or recover the account? I already send a mail and I got an automated answer and on twitter it’s the same.
