time bubbles deflect bullets (kinda like refraction actually i think)
but weve also seen that things OUTSIDE the bubble still move at the same speed if the user is in contact

step 1: hide in bush
step 2: evil shardplate guy comes by
step 3: time bubble
step 4: unpack ur remote activated turret
step 5: set it up outside the bubble while still in contact with it
step 6: release turret from grip and move to safety into ur bubble
step 7: press big red button
step 8: sit back and watch the shardplate disintegrate in slo-mo
(no the turret isnt firing at super speed, its dangerous cause an armor penetrating turret appeared right behind you and started firing at point blank range)
im definitely onto something
