Recently had sex and was sore my foreskin around my tip was bulging and irritated it calmed down it was hard to peel it back before now I can’t peel it at all had sex again after it healed it’s no longer irritated or sore but it’s still sealed up like a ballon tip doesn’t hurt but do I need surgery or will it go back on its own
