Showing online but wired internet showing offline?

Every time I go into the eero app it’ll show the internet online but wired internet showing offline or connecting. Is there something wrong? We’ve been having issues with the internet and phones and I think it finally got fixed when they reran the fiber wire.

Also having trouble with the Alexa staying connected. It’ll play music for a while then cutout and say it’s having trouble connecting to the internet. Not sure if it’s because it’s an older device or what. Any help is appreciated.

Looking for advice on what switch to get for my system. Our business just switched to ripple fiber for our internet and phone. We’re on the 2gb plan been having nothing but problems with the system from phones not working to internet randomly dropping for a few seconds then coming back on. I think we finally got that figured out today but my next issue is trying to wire our POS to the eero pro7 with an Ethernet cord. The two 10gbE ports on the back of the pro7 are taken up so I’d need to get a switch so I can add the POS on there. Is there a certain one I should get? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
