AI trying to run a platform - not a good idea?
At least as long as AI does not understand what's getting published.

Seems this issue is growing and seems the automated system not only is little buggy.

The few human supporters do not seem to be able to handle all messages/requests/issues in time?

So you're in the hands of some software - which seems to cause more and more problems.
To many users? Grown to fast/big?
