AITA for smoking weed in my yard?

im a college student who is home for the summer right now. i brought some weed home with me that ive been smoking a little bit of. now for reference, i live in a pretty rural area, and i do have direct neighbors but i really didn't think anything of it because i was outside. anyway, me and my friend were sitting by the campfire smoking a little bit, and my mom calls me inside and started this whole thing about how im "not in college anymore" and how i have a teenage brother and all this.
where i may be the asshole is that i just don't really agree with most of her arguments here. i think not wanting me to smoke in the house is completely fair, but i was outside and at least 30 feet away from the house near the edge of the woods. my brother is 16 years old, and perfectly capable of being around substances (also i wouldn't be surprised if he was smoking or drinking too). also, he's not a baby. he can make his own decisions. also, i really think that anti weed propaganda is huge here in the US. my mom would probably feel much better about me drinking than smoking. i know she's not a huge fan of it, but she knew about it and seemed cool with it, so that's why i thought she wouldn't mind. if i knew she hated weed, i wouldn't have tried.
anyways, with all that said, AITA?
