Hi everyone, quick question - has anyone here been released from a project/account, gone on bench, and then later joined the same client directly as a contractor/freelancer?

Especially in cases where the client and contractor are in different countries.

How does it usually work when you end up working with your former colleagues again, but this time as a third-party contractor/vendor instead of an employee? Any experiences or things to watch out for?
