TV cuts out and starts back up, with Sync Box

Sorry for the messy title

The situation is this. I‘m watching stuff on my Apple TV 4K, which feeds into the Hue Sync Box which then feeds into the LG TV. Sometimes not at all and sometimes 1-2 times within an evening the screen just turns black. Then the HDR Symbol appears at the top right, until the Image comes back. All taking like 5-15s. Whatever was playing usually stops playing, but i can just start playing again.

It‘s sounds like a small nuissance, but when really immersed in the movie or series it just knocks you out of it.

Does anyone know what causes this? Or had the same issue?

Starting as a creative copywriter intern/junior. What are the best books to prepare me?

I'm starting my job soon and will give copywriting and concepting a shot. There's tons of good books out there, but which ones would you believe to the best?

Top of mind certain topics that interest me are:

-Creative writing itself

-storytelling

-ideation, and how to make great ideas

It's my goal to make Creative Director one day. So maybe i have a blind spot on topics that i should master on the way there, so additional recommendations are welcome

Hey Biohackers

Some background information: 2 years i ago i hit my personal rock bottom. Breakup, plateau at work that was on a upwards trajectory before, social life took a nose dive and i isolated myself a lot.

I've set up some career changes at work that are coming into effect in a couple months, i feel ready so see someone again if id' happen to meet someone and with summer coming up it feels like getting more social again just makes sense.

Besides some actual actions i need to obviously take and set in motion, i want to give myself the best possible shot at turning things around again and keep them that way.

I've done some research online about supplements and stumbled upon this subreddit. Since supplements and stacks are something i'm not very experienced in at all, i'd like some feedback on the stacks and what i'd want to achieve with it.

About me:

  • 27, Male
  • 1.90m/6.2ft
  • 70kg/154lbs (always been very slender, got it checked out by a doctor when is was 18, everything was normal, so the result was that i just got a good metabolism)
  • I'm not very active, compared to my early twenties i'm very out of shape, you just can't tell by looking at me.
  • Work in an office and to stay inside a lot
  • No injuries, prior medical issues or anything
    • Besides hayfever/pollen allergies
  • No Family History of Illnesses
  • Dad passed down his hair loss, that i will soon try to stop with minoxidil and then get a transplant done in 2027/2028
  • I tend to only sleep 5-6 hours a night, 02:00 - 08:00
    • I oversleep more than i'd like, but i can't fall asleep at let's say midnight.
  • Very much fried my brain and attenion span away being on my phone too much browsing short form content
    • This definitely affected my dopamine and also wrecked my memory
  • Don't smoke, Drink 1-2x a month in moderation
  • Omnivore, one of the first things i got back on track was cooking more at home again, currently i'm just making whatever i crave, without much attention to what nutrients i get exactly. It is a lot of different veggies and meats tho.
  • Caffeine: I usually have one cup of coffee in the morning, rarely a second in the afternoonI
  • I live in central europe, so i don't get much sun in the winter.
  • I'm barely ever sick, and if i am, it's usually just 1-2 days
  • i barely ever eat breakfast, just the coffee, and then two meals for lunch and dinner
  • I'm not working out at the moment, but i plant to start in late summer again.
  • I plan to get bloodwork done before i actually start taking everything, so then in 4 months time i can check back and compare.
    • (4 months because vitamin d will most likely take a dip in december anyway)

Goals (in no order):

  • Fall asleep easier
  • Improve sleep quality
  • Better stress regulation
  • Feel calmer / less mentally overloaded Energy
  • More stable energy throughout the day
  • Avoid highs/crashes
  • Improve Focus / cognition
  • Better concentration overall
  • Faster thinking
  • Better memory / mental sharpness Hair
  • Slow or prevent hair loss

Supplements (daily amounts):

  • Vitamin D3 + K2, pills, for sleep, mood, energy and immunsystem. I'm aware i will also need to be in the sun more for the D3 to do it's magic. K2 is a MK-7.
    • 125 mcg (5.000 IE) + 120 mcg K2. once per day in the morning.
  • Magnesium, pills, for helping with D3 and relaxing my nervous system and to fall asleep.
    • 300 mg once before going to sleep.
  • L-Theanin, pills, for better focus
    • 200 mg in the morning with my coffee
  • Omega-3, pills, for focus and mood, and as a bonus the help with inflammation and clearer skin
    • 480 mg EPA + 320 mg DHA, once, together with my lunch, since it's my first meal
  • KSM-66 Ashwagandha, pills, for better sleep and less stress, i'm aware that i need to take these in cycles, i'm thinking 8 weeks on, with a 4 week break, if i feel a big change during the time off, i might go down to 2 weeks after the next 8 weeks cycle.
    • 300 mg once before sleep
  • Creatine, powder, for faster thinking, memory and mental endurance.
    • 5g, once with water or my coffee in the morning.
  • Zinc picolinate, my skin and hairm plus immunesystem
    • 30 mg zinc picolinate, once in the morning

Questions:

  • What do you think about the stack?
  • Is anything overkill or is something missing? Or would there be an alternative that makes more sense?
  • Do the time where i take each supplement make sense? or will i run into absorption competition?

Please ask if i missed any crucial information or if you have questions in general. I'm eager to learn more and make the most out of this!

Thank you in advance!
