This bowel movement was followed by a day of diarrhea. I’ve been suffering from chronic diarrhea with accompanying symptoms of feeling weak and lightheaded sometimes. This was probably the more concerning looking stools I guess. It was also very tarry.

I went to the doctor a couple months ago they did a bunch of tests and all they found was “moderate fecal loading”.

I don’t feel like my diet is terrible or anything, I’m just over feeling like crap all the time.
