Today was my ADHD assessment, and the therapist said I couldn’t be categorised as having ADHD even though I showed the symptoms. This was because I didn’t meet the 75% severity criterion, which means I don’t need medication and therefore don’t have ADHD.
I've experienced these symptoms since I was a kid, but they didn’t really affect my schoolwork or cause me to repeat classes or need extra tutoring.
The therapist said I do have the symptoms and would treat me as a person diagnosed with ADHD. I know that in India, it's hard to get a diagnosis on the first try.
I'm just really confused because I don’t know if I want ADHD for attention or if it's actually there and this back and forth is messing with my head.

Just ranting and hoping someone else experienced this…

I’m really curious about what people created for this year’s NIFT UG situation test. If you’re comfortable sharing, I’d love to know what idea you went with and which question you chose!!!

Hey, I’m currently preparing for design entrance exams and this is my portfolio. I’d really appreciate honest feedback on what works, what doesn’t, and what I should improve. Any criticism is welcome.
