i have 44.5/100 in gat ....but i also took bftech+bdes wala.....so seca-44.5/100 and sec B 28/50
CAT went good i guess,.....cuz i gave ST today.(it went good just my model keeps falling on slanted surfaces ....remal public -delhi had fucking slanted table....on straight areas it's standing rest model is very stable...u can shake it up and it won't budge)......what can I expect any ideas

In the situation test I used only 4 of the wooden blocks and thought I could take the rest of the blocks home with me since I have a younger sister and she can play with them, but when everyone was leaving my class I saw that everyone had kept the blocks and other stuff at side and i thought it wasn't allowed to take the materials but when I was leaving the center many students had wooden blocks with them and I was regretting so hard that I did not take them 😭✌️
various aspirants are scared about the block situation and saying either "there's wasn't mentioned anything" or "we didn't have enough time to read the paper". Tbh guys, it i myself appeared for st today and we all had the same amount of time as you all. There are many people who read the instructions thoroughly, i could only read the main points and i still think that i missed something. Do not panic about the box situation, after talking about it with alot of mentors and few nift faculty, i have come to a fair conclusion that everything depends on the person marking your work, If they are pretty serious about everything, they might deduct a mark or two for not focusing on everything but if the examiner is chill, they won't mind. Basically, a luck game.
Same goes with the writeup, if you mistaked some spellings or bad handwriting or whatever, this also depends on your examiner.
I'd like to add one more thing, i heard there were few centres where the material was given 15 minutes late. In this case there is nothing to blame to nift, this was all centre's fault where they failed to managed the exam properly. Anyways, all the best guys for the result. No-one can predict NIFT, just have a chill pill now and let's enjoy the few days we have left w our parents before leaving for college:)

How easy or hard was this year's exam in comparison to last year's as in a whole? Last year's exam felt easier for me than this year's? Last year i got 4k rank with no preparation, this year took a drop and I'm expecting 60-65/100 (53 in 2025). I am guessing i will be getting around 1000-1500 rank this year but I'm not confident. So what do you guys think? How the marks to rank ratio would change?

So I attempted the functional product for kindergarten kids
I made a interactive dustbin it had like 3 sections one with dinosaur face, another penguin and a rabbit
I used all the blocks like green ones to show biodegradable waste, blue blocks for plastic waste and red for hazardous waste
I also made a screen display with will basically show words like good job and all, above the dustbin with Ohp sheet and a border of paper around it and balanced it on dustbin with wire and stick
Though I didn’t write anything on display screen idk if the invigilator will understand what that is , I wrote it in the write up
And also my write up was messy was not able to include everything
Was it a good idea?
I am expecting very low marks for st. Just wanted to know how down it can go. Out of 20.
Tbh i didn't see that all cubes had to be used...I used 2-3. The main thing was the model, maybe 0.5-1.5 marks is the max penalty we'd get for it. So relax and focus on other stuff now.

Are the results (marks) for GAT and CAT out? I see some posts here mentioning their marks but don't see anything on NIFT website.

I kind of made a shelf type with a transparent door mechanism....although the execution was pretty neat, nothing much extravagant around it; i just added some surrounding user friendly supporting elements
It hasn't been even half a day since the exam and now I'm getting impatient abt the results pretty sure I won't get the campus of my choice but for some reason I still have a teeny tiny bit of hope left. When will they release the results? THE SUSPENSE IS DRIVING ME CRAZYYYYY😭😭😭
didnt even see that we were supposed to use ALL 12 cubes. i used around 7. so cooked.
I saw a lot of people saying their st went well but i didn’t use all the 12 blocks i am so scared and i got panicked by seeing those cubes that i couldn’t make the model upto my potential 😭 i am so scared. My model looked very khali khali and somewhat untidy, even tho i completed the whole model and write up i am not satisfied its like 50-50 i am so disappointed + this was my second attempt + gen category am i cooked chat? 😭😭😭
