The height sizes/ranges are 5’3”-5’5” (159-166 cm) or 5’6”-5’8” (167-174 cm). Which size should I go for (aka size up or down?)

For reference, I’m 166.9 cm (barefoot). But with shoes, I’m 166.95 cm and 167.1 cm with heels if that matters.

I’m worried that the bigger size will be too long for the sleeves but the smaller size too short for the length 🥲
