I’m 3 months pp and I think I have a clogged duct. I’ve had is since yesterday afternoon. I don’t know how to get rid of it. I’m taking ibuprofen and I seen them you put ice on it. I did it before it didn’t work. When do I do the ice and how long for? Does anyone have any tips please?
Me and my husband are going on a 6 hour road trip tomorrow for a job interview. We have a 3 month old. He is exclusively breast fed. He is usually pretty good in a car seat. But he like to fight sleep a bit in it. Does anyone have any tips on how to get him to sleep. And any tips on staying in hotel. He is a pretty good baby never really cry’s and sleeps 7.30 till 6. Just hope we can make it work. We are also bring his bassinet. Very nervous
Is this a good routine for a three month old. He wakes up at seven for feed and change him he’ll stay awake for an hour an hour and a half and then I’ll put him back to sleep after a little bit more milk and then he’ll sleep again for two hours sometimes 2.5. I’ll will do the same two more times so he’ll have three naps a day and then his last nap finishes at 5:30 then bath feed bed. Do we need to add another nap or shorter naps we contact nap
