If I put in for a leave of absence for an injury with short notice, do I need to call off until it is approved?
As the title says, I put in for a leave through Sedgwick starting Monday (my next shift). I have asked several managers about this but I keep getting told different answers, do I need to call off until it is approved? Or will my leave retroactively cover any absences? Thanks.
