What an awful horrible experience and I am still waiting on a call back.
Ordered from the Cheesecake factory in Clt on March 24 in the morning. It was a to-go order with 5 entrees and desserts for around $350. It was placed at 7:10 AM for a pickup tome of 9:30 PM. At some point during the day, they canceled the entire order because they didnt have one of the entrees available. I was not notified via email nor a phone call. I showed up at 9:27 to get the order and was told they did in fact cancel it. So, we had to go through the entire order all over again, get it re-entered about 30 minutes before they closed.
Understandably, they made everything and we got the original entree changed with another one.
At the point of pickup, they had missed one entree, 2 cheesecakes, burger was completely burnt as well as the bacon. The cheesecakes themselves were falling apart and coming undone before even opening the boxes.
We have been told to get in contact with the Guest Services team and I have called 5 different times now with no response or call back.
This has been the absolute worst experience I have personally dealt with in terms of Customer Service.
I will not be going back as it seems we can't get a simple answer to help fix our issue of paying for food we did not receive.
